Now being serious for a min I thought these were good for removing light dust that you get after taking your clean v for a small trip out, is this not the case ??

I presumed these sort of dusters would be useful for a car? Perhaps dragging dust about may be harmful?

Personally a big no no....

Anything that drags dirt/grit/dust on the surface of the car, over time will cause cobwebs and very light scratches.
