Oh how I'd love to go backwards.

As per title really.

Can't get reverse gear, the collar jobbie that you lift to go into reverse has to be lifted now to go into 1st and 2nd, no chance of reverse!

I assume something has just slipped?

Spoke to the place I bought it from and they're sending a wagon to collect on Wednesday to take away, fix and return which I don't think I can complain about to be fair. Is there anything I can find out from here that I can pass onto them advice wise?

Mine had a similar problem and they replaced gear selector, gear knob and selector cables under warranty with phase 2 items. It was sold through the Renault main dealer network before my ownership and i have all the bills for this warranty work. It's perfect with a very good shift action considering the cables...much better than my previous VX220 Turbo with a similar set up.
