Bugger just discovered that mines not working, anyone know how to get to the bulb please ? :approve:

Mine failed the MOT on it last time...I think you can lever the light unit out from the one end, you can see a bit of a flat below the surface...but I chickened out and didn't want to damage the paint work or possibly worse the fiberglass...so took the bumber off...it needed to come off for some other stuff so it helped the decision.

Just a note though, my bulb was fine, it was the connections between the bulb and the holder that had corroded.

Point of note.

Don't break the flimsy plastic bulb holder when you remove it.

Reanult charge something like 64 gazillion pounds for them. I can't remember exactly, but for what you get it was ridiculous!

I had to get one a while back. :(

I replaced the whole light unit in May just after i bought the car, asit had dis-coloured going a yelowy colour. Its the same unit as a standard Clio iirc. Only cost about 24 quid i think. Just levers out from the right hand side as you look down on it from the rear of the car. I'm sure my info is correct. But please dont quote me, i'll check tomoz morning if need be.... let me know!

Cheers everyone for the invaluable information, managed to get it out and it was indeed a loose connection. Just one for the records, I used a piece of cloth to lever against so as not to damage the paint
