Clio Not the usual sort of car for retirement...PH1 V6.

No, nothing has been done apart from belts, water pump, clutch etc when I first got the car.

From what I can gather, any engine work involves a great deal of cash for not much gain so, I'm my mind, it's not worth it.

It's back down to Scott@SG late Sept / early Oct for an oil change and whilst he has it he's going to make a better airbox for it. Had a price for a pair of branched manifolds, a pair of sport cats and a new collector box fitted but it works out in the price range of "how much??".....currently it isn't having them however, when I bought the car a year ago it was going to stay oem so, never say never.

Debating whether to mesh my rear bumper or not, I kinda like the raw look of the exhausts through the holes but I also like yours with the mesh too...

Not updated for a while..

Managed to source a set of Cromodoras along with a pair of rep Trophy brake ducts.

Tbh, there is no way in a million years am I going to need brake cooling but, if you're doing a Trophy rep then do it properly :)

Tyres were fitted Monday and hopefully this Friday and Saturday the tyre decals will go on, the wheels will be fitted and suspension adjusted to suit, brake ducts will be fitted and one or two other little bits sorted. Wheels were only going to be Summer wheels but seeing as the car doesn't see crappy Winter weather they may as well go on now.

It'll be in early Spring for manifolds and cats to be sorted.

Any updates @moktabe my good man?

Not as such no, just enjoying driving the thing..
Went to a meet at Donington Park yesterday morning, great turn out and decent weather.
A couple of pics turned up on faceache, courtesy of BTF photography.....It amazes me how much attention these cars generate, find it a bit un-nerving to be honest so tend to get out, lock it and wander off :grin.gif:
