New car Illiad phase 2

Got the new mats in today. I like them. In this case I think less is more.

As for the rear mat does that get fitted underneath the centre tunnel?

Forgot to add Iv also got 20 new wheel bolts with 19mm heads and ordered 2 new Michelin pilot super sports for the front 205/40/r18 in size. I don't think I'll get the wheel refurb done until next year now and the car will also go in to get any paintwork that needs doing done.

Good question, anyone knows how to fit the rear mat? I don't know what to do with it either.

Was this mat fitted with the car when bought new?

I assumed the mats were common with 182 and therefore the rear was for that vehicle.

On rpd they use the same image for the v6 and the 182 so you might be right besides a rear mat is 100% pointless. Although the actual mat isn't the same as the one in the picture they use. It came with it so I assumed it should be fitted.

New tyres arrived on Monday with new number plates. The tyres are now fitted looking forward to a bit of sunshine to go for a proper drive again. Hopefully this weekend!
Also booked the car in for new brake fluid as its not been changed for a few years.
Quick search says ate super blue dot 4 is that what everyone recommends still?

Stick with standard brake fluid as that is what all the seals are disigned for :approve: Make sure that the system is drained and then refilled with fresh fluid from SEALED, UNOPENED containers, brake fluid is hygroscopic and open containers very rapidly get contaminated so the last thing you want is soggy new fluid!!
