New Battery

My Vee battery is on its way out - lasted only two and a half days from being fully charged to not starting.
Doesn't help that I leave it sitting unused for 4/5 weeks with the battery hooked up between the odd weekend blast I guess.

Anyone got any recommendations of recent purchases?

Bought a Bosch one from Halfords for 90 the other week. 5 year guarantee as well.

Unless you've got the hands of a midget's child be prepared for a fiddle when getting the battery holding plate off.........

I got a Bosch silver one from euro car parts for 95. 4 year guarantee I think

Not too technically knowledgeable, but I'm unsure what cranking Amps are..........................

I just paid an extra bit for the one from RPD.

I think it's a Bosch one (i might be wrong though), and comes with guarantee too.
