Qucik Q: Is it me or is the rear number plate light surround not waterproof? As mine collects condensation after washing etc

It just pushes in, not sealed as such. They have a tendancey to crack with the flexing of the rear bumper.

painted the calipers at the weekend,awaiting ap stickers for the front calipers.....also serviced it and sorted a leaky sump gasket....

wheels either refurbished or a a set of 18" mk 2 wheels required..

.....why don't you pull together the bones of a WIKI entry for the painting of the calipers... you know... tools, materials used etc., and process....might be straight forward to most on here, but I wouldn't mind doing mine....although I've got a rough idea on what to do, I am sure I could benefit from some professional tips..!!! :wink: ...( BTW Bryan, noticed yours at Bollockpool meet - they looked ace...!! )

wheels gettin painted a light anthracite colour this week,and maybe the side pods the same colour.......
