It's about time I start a thread on here, this is not going to be a track day beast, or a polished queen....
Purchased from @James5 a few days after blyton... The advert went up on the Sunday, paid for on the Monday, collected on the Wednesday....me and my dad drove down to James, who was washing the car.. even tho he was meant to be recovering from an operation...the drive home, the car was faultless, a couple of fast sprints on the motorway to test it out, but over the 80mile trip home I managed 28mpg...
Since then it's been left on my drive, doing nothing, sitting there not being used.
With Lucy due to pass her driving test, she will take over the mini, I will have the megane for my daily
.
Today I got a few hours without to much sunshine.. I decided a quick clean was in order...

A quick jet was down, washed, clay mitt used, fall out sprayed, washed and dried... Had to stop there as it started to rain...

It has a nice shine to it currently, but it's full of swirls and some scratches... Let alone the stone chips all over the front bonnet...these will have to wait, will try and put a layer of wax on for the winter tomorrow.
Got to love washing the car correctly, when you dry it and the towel has no dirt on you know you have done a good job.
