Mk1 R5 quality project for sale

I am selling my mk1 r5 project due to my girlfriend being pregnant. I have mixed emotions about this, but have to sell it, hopefully to someone who will finish it making all the effort worthwhile. I would consider selling the engine and gearbox separately to the shell, if interest exists.
