MK1 front track rod ends

I had an advisory on one around 9 months ago and I went out for a drive on Saturday and had a noticeable steering wheel shake and vague steering on fast straight roads.

I'm guessing well hoping it's had it so want to change it, I've searched but can't find a definite part No for them.

Can anyone help before I spend 5 hours in the main dealers sourcing one ?

OSF track rod end part No anyone, or any info that could point me in the right direction as I really don't want to take it to bits to find it's the wrong one ?

Page 104 onwards possibly may help? I assume there part numbers on the right hand side.

Thanks, that does seen to have part Nos and the drawings but any idea what the crosses are next to some of the part nos ? It seems there's 2 different types.
