Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX FQ360

This nice example of an Evo IX came in for an enhancement detail, engine bay freshen up and interior clean.

On arrival.











The headlights were starting to fade so these were rectified first.
A light sand followed by machine polishing.



After.



Wheels, tyres and arches were cleaned with Auto Finesse Imperial, Verso and Iron Out.
Engine bay was treated with Verso.

The car was then blanketed in Avalanche snow foam. While that was softening the surface dirt, all the rubbers and tight areas were agitated with hog hair brushes.







All tar and iron fallout was removed prior to claying. A final wash down and taken inside.

No protection showing.



Things didn't seem so bad...



Until the lights went on!

Getting some nice gloss.

Tail lights were polished.

Some pesky bird bombs.





The paintwork was waxed with ODK Eclipse,
Glass polished and protected with G|techniq,
Tyres, rubbers and plastics dressed with Gyeon,
Exhaust and charge pipes polished with Auto Finesse Mercury,
Engine bay dressed with Auto Finesse Dressle,
Wheels sealed with ODK Momentum,









The interior was vacuumed, steamed and dressed with ODK Cabin. Leathers with Auto Finesse Hide.
