Thanks alot guys - been a bit overwhelmed with peoples reaction to pic no 2 - even my wife who calls my clio the Cockroach said she loves that pic on facebook!
So every Sunday there is a morning drive with loads of Ferraris, Lambos, McClarens driving up to the China border.
But also alot of other clubs join, so decided to have a look with other friends
Photos are taken by Daryl Chapman per Lankan's link - he basically posts on facebook where he will be and people just drive past for him to take a good shot . Check his link its pretty much what on offer in Hong Kong - its car geek heaven
As to end of the story - we went to a small outside diner with open car park and stumbled on a bunch of new Clio & Meganes owners meeting for breakfast! When I drove in heads turned and they all shouted "Woah" then the second Clio V6 arrived and even bigger "Woah 2 of them" - was quite nervous cos going over a speed bump and didnt want to look a clown and stall it lol
Most people wont have ever seen a Clio V6 for real cos theres less than 10 of them here - so alot of questions and photos
Well chuffed hoping to get all 8/9 of them I know the owners for together soon
Wongy, do you think I can ask Daryl for the 2nd pic although my vee is out of focus hehehe
It was my first time attending a Vee HK meet-up and also first time seeing so many exotics in one spot! There was even a RHD Lancia Delta Integrale HF!!!
Much thanks must go to Wongy for searching and rounding up the few vee owners in HK. :salut:
I was there for the morning drive but without my vee as it is still in garage for conversion. I will push my mechanic to end-up conversion faster and have it with other vees in Hong Kong for every month driving gathering. I really enjoyed.

Great photos guys and what a place to be! just stay south of the border as those Dong Feng tipper trucks have no respect of class motors, seen far too many 'incidents' in mainland China to take anything worth mor than a few dollars on the road there, and that includes the pavement!! Need another hit of China, just loved working on the Pearl River :approve:
