Megane Coupe 16v 200bhp

While having a nose for some new springs I couldn't help but dispair.

Apparently the previous owner super chipped it and is supposed to be running 200 ponies from the 2.0 "16v" engine. 5 man points to anyone who can tell me the main issue with this claim.
