My names Dru last year I built a Clio 200 cup for the MSVR trackday championship and I'm currently racing in the series this year.



My plan was always to race VLN and now I'm finally in the position to start the long journey from tourist lap, to VLN racer!!

Last year I bought this Megane 250 cup



I have recently taken it off the road to begin preparation.

Performance French car magazine have already confirmed a multiple page feature on how the project develops so that's pretty good sponsorship wise, currently I am completely self funded which is why I'm so skinny because I don't have money for food [emoji85]

Plans are t45 full FIA cage which I'm currently in negotiations with being developed

Looking good @dru I had a look at costings for a 24/h at the ring in a clio for the VLN. Came out around €8000 for a drive , but €10k excess if I or anyone else bent it !

Yeah that's pretty cheap really isn't it.. I know somebody who paid £5000 to drive an e46 330 in n24 so sounds about right!

Wow...that much of an effect? And I was complaining about the £400 of Euro I bought to go abroad last week lol
