I would imagine the red phase 1 they are discussing was the same one that was at the Haynes Motor Museum breakfast meet in March (Cheddar Gorge isn't that far away). I did have a couple of pictures but I seem to have accidentally deleted them from my computer :ihatpcs:. But it has gold badges, silver OEM wheels with the area between each spoke painted black and a sticker in the rear window that says "More Va Va Voom!" if that rings any bells with anyone, I didn't get a chance to speak to the owner so I have no idea if they are on here.

I did however speak to the user of PH called 'grkify' at Haynes earlier this month, I think his real name is Graham and as he say's on PistonHeads he is quite keen on getting a v6 in the future.

Evening all ... yes she's my Mars red No.111 and yes the same one to pop along to Haynes breakfast club meet too It's great that she got lots of petrol heads turning for the brief while I was around Cheddar last Sunday, but there again there were a few other lovely examples of petrol power!! All in all an excellent turn out of alsorts of sports and super cars.

Ever been to a Clio V6 meet/event? Quite a few interesting/cool/special events being staged in 2015 to celebrate the Vee's 15th and the club's 10th Anniversaries: Kimbolton (12th July), Silverstone Classic (24th to 26th July), with infield display area all 3 days and a chance to take your Vee on a parade lap of the F1 circuit on Friday (24th July) and Origine RS (22nd August).

Yes I ordered her in 1999 and took delivery in March of 2002 (3 and a half years later!) Bought the plate in 1999 when V reg came out too ... they pushed me to have a Silver/Titanium one but I stuck to my guns and insisted I have Mars Red one, pretty glad about that as there aren't more than 24 or so of that colour ... I might join some of you guys at a future meet + will have a look at the links you sent over. Cheers for them too!! [smilie=thanks.gif]

There's also 'La vie en bleu' at Prescott on the 23rd / 24th May, which celebrates all things automotive that are French. Quite a few Vees going this year it seems.

I went to try & find the Red V6 at Cheddar, but couldn't find it..... I initially saw it as we pulled up! Shame I didn't take my PH1 that day. Took the Ferrari instead. Great weather. A really good turn out
