Liquid Yellow Awesomeness!

VII Car Care

New Member
Few snaps of George's car, I completed last week. I used mostly Carpro products. :thumb:

Pics are jumbled, you get the idea though!

Cheers!

Wow. the dedication to a job well done is remarkable Dawn. It must be difficult for a perfectionist to stand back at the end and say job done and put the cloths down and step away! ;)

What should I be paying for a similar detail? Obviously a tad far for your work but on past experiences of details that can't be far off 1k?

Far too many permutations to call that one Iain.
Bloody tempting though innit? Fabulous work Dawn!

Yes I'm a very happy bunny indeed!

Thankyou Dawn for all your hard work, the car looks stunning.

I can't wait to see the results of the PH1 now :-)

Its really dusty and I want Dawn to work her magic on it just like she has with the LY. I've also just bought 2 super stretch car overs from classic additions, so they can be covered up all nice and clean till the summer :-)

George, I think that the only thing you can do now is knock a wall out in the house and pop the LY in the lounge, next to the television, as the ultimate ornament.

The Liquid Yellow is just a stunning colour. On Monday I had a chap come around to have a look at my old Jag that I'm thinking of selling. It's in Primrose Yellow and mint, and looks gorgeous. Parked next to it in the garage is my LY Vee, He couldn't keep his eyes off the Clio, and soon lost interest in looking over the Jag, and now wants a LY Vee instead!!

It's going to be covered up next time someone comes to look at the Jag!!

Cracking work Dawn! It looks fantastic!

Its nice to see you have hit the ground running with your new detailing venture.

Well worth doing George, it looks all the better for the time spent on it.

I think stored, when not driving, in the living room is an excellent idea for such beautiful art. LY is an stunning colour and one which amazingly other manufacturers struggle to match. Other yellows seem flat by comparison. The only thing that seems to come close is the new Moonbeam colour on the AMG GT coupe and it is a £10,695 option!!
I still find it amazing only 18 UK cars were specified with it and 5 of those I ordered !! ( 2 company cars and 3 Press cars)

What an awesome idea!! Don't think it would go down well with my girlfriend some how...

Primrose is a stunning colour, I've always fancied a DB4 in that colour...one day!

What is the Jag, an E-Type? I may have someone for it. Could you pm me some details of it please.
