le car 2 turbo wheels

has anyone else ever noticed that there are two types of fergats?
my mate is spraying mine and noticed that i have two different types.

one type says -

5.50B x 13 FH Fergat (and then a date- 1/84)
the other
5.50BK x 13 Fergat (and then a date- 3/81)

the wheels are very similar except for the part of the rim that forms the 'deep dish' section on one type has an extra ridge inwards, whereas the other is totally flat. - maybe its year related?

only think i could really think of is that maybe some of them are gordini N/A rims or TS rims? - didn't some of them have steel rims? - that might explain the date differences on the wheels...

We used to race on the fergats, and that was way before the Lecar 2 turbo came out. I think they were French 'alpine' wheels. I guess the computer alloys were an option in europe? They always had them here. The price of the fergats dropped loads when the lecar 2 turbo came out, something silly like 20 quid each. we all had loads of them, as they were so cheap.

funnily enough i bought the car off a guy who used to race in the TS series.... i think he still has one.
