Laguna abs/esp fault

gtmatt

Well-Known Member
On my Laguna I had the abs esp fault lights come on it was intermittent now its on permanent had it plugged in and got df010 pump motor circuit , df109 pressure sensor signal df056 pedal contact coherence.

Is it a new pump as Renault want 1000pennys ?

Anyone any clues ?

Or have a workshop manual wire diagram ?

Thanks matt

Check the main unit (behind LHF wheel arch liner) connector for signs of corrosion/water damage & the adjustment/ contact status change of the brake pedal switch, both circuits should change open-close etc
If it has ESP & you can read data via your diag tool check the actual pressure reading, it should be less than 5bar & rises when pedal is pressed. If it is constantly high it will most likely be the pressure sensor inside the unit.
