Kimbolton General Chat

Anyone coming to Kimbo from the Kent / South London area?
Could do with something picking up en route from PeteH [smilie=thanks.gif]

Unfortunately, we are not able to put on the BBQ that has become synonymous with our Kimbolton meeting. We could use disposable ones, but that's not really practical with the amount of people we have. So, this year the club will be offering (subject to availability) those amazing hot pasties usually available at Kimbo, or.. burgers made to order from the outlets on site. I shall bring them all to the tent... So if folk still want to bring snacks, drinks etc as usual, please do!

Sorry to disappoint by denying you the culinary skills of the Dundas family, but it can't be helped sadly.

Looking forward to seeing you all... If we do have the odd shower, at least we have a lovely big club tent to hide in. [smilie=yay.gif]

I have 2 spare tickets with me at my hotel 5 minutes from Kimbolton if anyone needs them. I will be there at 4pm onwards. Send me a PM for more info.

Just a quick thank you to those that organised today. The club stand was the best at the show and the effort people put in really shows.
It was great to meet a few of you all at last and now looking forward to trying to get out to some more events.

I had a lovely time. Sadly the brown one was missing, but on the bright side I was able to have more time to appreciate all the other Vees. :approve:

Shaun and his wee helpers deserve a big thank you for sorting out some shelter at the last moment.

It amazes me how enthusiastic and friendly each of you are, and especially new members. I think Kimbolton show is a great start to their club experience.

Thank you all for making it a Great day
