Gearbox sounds funny in third and fourth. Still accelerates fine but best to get a new box. I could have run around with it this summer but didnt want to take the risk. Shifting from 2nd to 5th at 40mph is no problem either but no fun lol!! It's done a good job 67000 very hard miles including a blast round Europe at the beginning of the month! Only played up as I approached Calais whilst downshifting which was very fortunate. Getting cambelt etc done at the same time instead of waiting til next year. Who said mods
