Thanks all.
The roads around that area aren't good for the Vee especially in the valleys!! Lots of very tight turns and some of the roads have 5 inches of grass/mud growing in the middle!!
I did get a whole pub come out and urge me to floor it when I was held at road works outside a pub though!
Of course I obliged holding the clutch down slightly to get extra roar'age!!
