Illiad Phase 2...uhm wait or Phase 1?

Strange car.
Phase 2 exterior with Phase 1 side-pods and a full Phase 1 interior? (Except for the sill stickers)

Normally i would say its a Phase 1 conversion because of a serious hit.
Although the advert says 255hp???
First time on the roads 08/2003???
Even carpets are Phase 1???

Really strange things are going on with this car.

Been off and it the market for years that one. It's a phase one with (some) ph2 panels. Has a standard ph1 engine. I'm pretty sure it originally came from Belgium.

Yeah advert says belgium documents are coming with the car.
So 255hp seems to be a mistake....I'm still wondering about the 08/2003 date....
Seems like somebody really took it serious to convert it to a phase 2 looking car.
