how do you convert to LHD

Hi

I am thinking of converting the car to LHD and then sell it overseas as its worth double the price and i have had some enquiries , anybody done it or know what needs to be done, i am guessing

Blukhead cut out section and fit new LHD section,
Pedal Box
Dashboard
Wiring loom changes to suit LHD dashboard.
Headlights
widow switch for LH door
Steering rack
Power steering pipes ?
Brake fluid pipes

you cannot beat a good project steve, keeps you out of trouble.
not a bad idea though, i think the most difficult thing here is the bulkhead cut and pedal box, most of the rest can be had from the boneyard. i dont believe for a moment that the wiring is different, is it not just re routed?
are there any lhd shells left? who would know?
