Megane Hesitation at low revs

When my 275rs is cold it can hesitate/misfire when driving slowly. This week it has started doing it every time I go near the throttle at low revs. I tried to race off the lights but it lost power and the 1.2 Yaris had me off. Where should I start looking? Its done 18000 miles and is fully serviced by Renault Wirral.

Does it do it only when cold?

It used to, now its doing it every time I hit the throttle (under 2000 revs).

I haven't checked, non of the generic diagnostic tools I use (torque) communicate very well with the RS. So I haven't tried. I'll give it a go later.

I've checked the codes and its saying P0141 exhaust sensor. This failed last year and was replaced under warranty. It set the EML off when it went last year, but the car was behaving. This year its playing up and it hasn't set the eml off.
