Help with ECU

Does the injection system run batch fire for the injectors, if it does could i use the ecu earth for a 5th injector and have the live through the pressure switch/ water injection live so it opens at the same time?

Would it harm the ecu to earth another injector?

Yes it is batch, the ecu stinks them to earth to cause them to fire. So in theory you should probably be fine to add a 5th.
Give it a good! Don't think you would cause any damage - either it will work or it won't sort of situation.

I think it will work, just wasn't sure if the ECU would be happy to earth another injector, don't want to damage the ECU but it means i can use a proper injector for better atomization of the water.
When i bench tested the supplied nozzle against a bosch762 it was a much finer mist, more like cold steam, but i didn't want to have the injector permantly on/open and risk burning it out.

I did have a standard one, but i gave it to jo incase it was needed for jon's car.
I could allways try it on my mrs clio and not tell her.

Would it be orange for +, and brown for - on the injector wiring?

just checked the wiring diagram again and i think it is actually the other way round, can anyone confirm this?
