It was £60 last night.
Bit of a bargain - but I'd already invested in 'the next size up' a few months ago.
Much better than the normal Halfrauds fodder.
Cant see an 'advanced professional' using Halfords rubbish even at £60 or £80 but in fairness its a lot cheaper than only a few Snap on bits!
You get what you pay for I always find. Thats why i still have a 27 year old ratchet from snap on, going strong, the chrome is well worn. I may hand it down to my 3 year old son as its probably going to out last me!

Bought one today but already have a top box & roll cab full of snap on . Very good value & quality is excellent. Lifetime guarantee on everything & you don't even need to provide your receipt just be careful when you open the case for the first time so keep it flat as you may have a 120 piece pickup which kept me busy for 15 minutes!
Agreed, I've got one of their Advanced kits and I've given it hell for 4 years and yet to break a thing! Apparently they won't replace ratchet mechanisms (I think this a warranty clause of most tool suppliers....even Snap on?) but on the other hand I've heard of people walking in and having their ratchets swapped out no problem.
