Got smoked by Ford Mondeo 1,8

i had a nice race with a little orange lotus elise yesterday coming up a duel carriageway, he was reving an reving at the roundabout an then floored it, i tried keeping up with him,letting revs go rite to 7rpm before changing gear, i didnt get round him but i did stick to his back bumper all the way up to the next roundabout!! it looked so funny when i was rite up close to him as its only a little car!

changed CTS, TB (the wiries was totaly fecked) cleaned the intake with some intake cleaner, sparkplugs, (rotor an distributor monday), new oil and filter, put it on 14" wheels (atleast it can spin the wheels alitlebit now..), stil thinks its slow tough, but could be my imagination, (gonna have it on rolling road ASAP), anny other idears..?

The power output is not far the same as the valver but the car is very light and very aerodynamic.

Running NKG 4930 BCP6ES

Didn't help. but tried my (spare) Clio valver ECU on it.. HOLY MOTHER F***ER that helped... reving like a beast now..!
