Work is underway for the new season, some changes being made, with the the help of Ashley Simmonds of AA motorsport.
We have changed clutch to a 184mm AP race clutch, single plate with a rating of 303 ft/lb, we was pushing our luck on the CG paddle with 228ft/lb.
New VXR injectors in as again pushing the limits of the Saab reds.
Fitting a thicker ARB to the front, other suspension, set up changes to help with the torque steer.
We also found the Gaz dampers at the front were different lengths, 20mm, they have been changed.
Got some wider front wing /arches coming to give us a bit more tyre clearance.
We also found a lot of play in our quick rack, replacing that with a Clio rack, 3 turns compared to the 2 1/4 of the quick rack.
I spoke to Quaife about a quick rack but only interested in 30 units so looks like an oe rack.
Mapping late February with the new injectors and see what she does.
