Glacier White R26r Ultimate detail

Detailed this car over the last week, this was the best level detail I offer so it's quite indepth.

To start with, not washed since late september but I did say don't bother as I know it needed a thorough claying etc:

Even the undersides got polished:
i1367.photobucket.com_albums_r796_divinedetail_divinedetail003_IMG_3216_zps217af697.webp

Second step was then Menzerna 4500 via black 3m pads on the rupes machines:
i1367.photobucket.com_albums_r796_divinedetail_divinedetail003_IMG_3217_zps4472a3e0.webp

Then panel wiped and onto the Modesta primer, this gives a candy type effect to the paint and actually lasts a year just on it's own:

Onto the Modesta BC-05, this isn't an easy product to apply and you go through a mountain of microfibers removing it which is like syrup, the blue applicator was at the end of application, the yellow one is from a previous detail, shows how it sets:

This is a great device for getting some of the trapped dirt out of the fabric in these cars also helps remove some of the loose fabric:

Then onto the Gtechniq Exo, this is put on to help the modesta set and not waterspot:

I then wanted to clear all the brakes off and make sure everything was ok so took it on a little run :)

Wow ,great work , can you tell me where the best place to get a da , and pads and polish for white paint on my renault 5 gt turbo , it was painted 5years ago was thinking a kestral das6 pro with menz , unsure on pads

Thanks Matt

I think cleanyourcar had a group buy on the das 6 pro. Possibly look at a kit too, some include meguars if it's 101,105,205 included you will be fine, you could cut well with the 101,105 and finish up nicely with 205.

http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/polis...ro-plus-meguiars-hex-logic-kit/prod_1453.html

If your budget could stretch this is better than a das 6 pro but you can't do smaller areas like you could with the das 6.

Them pads are also great on da's Matt.

Thanks your reply , love your detail , must be tough as there is a lot of detail company's these days , your work looks ace . Where are you based , I will get a kit from clean your car I think thanks for advice

Thanks Matt

It is tough but experience and quality shine through and some of the cars bought into me after being to a so called detailer are shocking.

Based in Surrey Matt, if you ever need any advice please fire away, more than happy to help.

That looks stunning!

I used to enjoy cleaning my cars, before I got my Black Gold 225. It's such a PITA to try and get black looking good, that I don't bother :(

I've thought about getting it professionally done one day.....
