Can i run an uprated pump on the standard pressure reg (bosch 044)?

Just watch out for the size of the fittings, the 044 bosch pump has screw on fittings both ends, where as the 941 (standard cossie) has a screw on out let but a 15mm inlet. The standard 21t pump has a 10mm inlet and 8mm outlet

No.

2 bar off throttle, 2.5bar at Manifold ~atmospheric and 2.5bar+boost pressure in manifold on throttle, ie at 1 bar boost you'd have 3.5 bar fuel pressure.

As Dave has said its not standard, but then is there an adjustable fuel pressure reg on the car, and what other mods have been done that might need the higher fuel pressure

its not adjustable, but i don't know if its standard or off a different car
