Front windscreen

Does anyone know ??

If I brought a new front screen from Renault would come with the number etching on it ?? All my glass has a series of numbers made up of little dots etched into it. They are all the same number, my screen as two small pits on it and being very OCD I was thinking about changing the screen but don’t want to if I will lose the etching can anyone help ??

The numbers would be glass security. Something you would need to have re-etched by a screen company.

You should have some documents in the owners pack. Retainagroup

As the new owner of a car you should contact Retainagroup and update their database/register.

Thanks james I will give them a call, I never really paid any attention to the details or what they were for. May also register my details well I am talking to them !!
