If anyone has any problems please let me know.

Correct tightening torque for the bolts that hold the rotors to the bells is 11Nm. Do them all finger tight and then tighten opposite diagonals to the correct torque. The bolts are self locking and should only be used once.

Jensen 77 = 253horses = Marco

Shipping to Germany = £25

You have sent me already £288.10

[smilie=thanks.gif]

So i will send you the rest of the money: £145.69 balance + £25 postage = £170,69 [smilie=boohoo.gif]

These arrived today, the courier delivered one box and i thought "Is that it?" I was expecting 4 rather heavy parcels but alas no...Im very surprised at the overall lightness of the 4 discs. Im sure theres some nice weight saving to be had here :approve:

Anodising looks spot on in the blue and will compliment the Illiad really well. The dimpled and grooved pattern is great and will look fantastic through the wheels. i literally cannot wait to get these little beauties fitted to the Vee, and am interested to see how much difference i will feel through the pedal.

When you put these together start with the front ones.

The manufacturers have supplied 25mm length bolts front (x24) and rear (x20), but having looked at mine I think they might be better with 20mm bolts for the rear. I've sent Peter both lengths to see what he thinks. There is no problem using 25mm on the rear assuming they don't foul anything just thought (in my opinion) they might look better with 20mm.

If that is the case then I'll send everyone an extra pack of 20mm bolts and they can choose what they prefer. That will leave you with a spare set of 25mm that you can keep and use if/when you fit new rotors on the front in the future.

Packing pads and retaining screws now.

Wayne please can you post some pics of the blue rotors and bells (I only got a pic of gold and black when I went to check on the order). Just rest the bell on the rotor and drop the bolts thorugh loose. No need to fasten up unless you have already done so!

Thanks, looking good!

The rotors are handed by the way in the same way as directional tyres.

The bottom of the groove should hit the pad first.

So the one pictured is front left.

If you look at a new Megane 250 you'll see that the rotors are not handed and are the same pattern both sides so Renault cut corners to save some ££.

Pads and screws all went today first class.

For those of you with polished bells (except Emma as I think they were re-done before collection) they may need a wipe over with polish as they go a bit dull when wrapped in newspaper for a few days. Should only take a few mins. Car polish or very light abrasive metal polish for alloy wheels or similar. Should come up a treat.

juts had all mine out, bit worried as they delivered with some screws sitting on top of the box but all present and correct, looking forward to getting the rest and fitting next weekend.
thanks again for all your work
