Front calipers magnesium?

I read some sales blurb from a guy who says:

Front callipers - no. 6020013033 A.P. Racing Magnesium
The front callipers are magnesium as also used on the Ferrari’s and they don’t like salt as they rot out.

Can anyone confirm this?
