Front Brake Calipers

Front calipers are a standard AP design but the fitting mount are V6 only, calipers are stamped TWR.

See my post below

Been doing some research on brake pads, in the Renault manual its says min pad thickness is 9 mm but on the AP product info it says 2.5 mm looks like a good way of Renault fitting new brake pads well in advance of when there needed according to AP.

AP part numbers for calipers are CP6605-80S TWR and CP6605-9SO TWR

Clio front pads are the same as

steve, put me down for a set of pins, if only as spares.
re the wear plates, i did a post on these but will re comment, i found a lot of corrosion behind these plates and it was causing the pads to hang on to the disk, would recomend removing and clean the clag of with a hard scraper.

Hi Spike

Sorry old post resubmitted but you can get them from here.

Steve

These retaining pins can become very rusty after a long period, use a wire brush on a drill and tap them out a bit, then rotate them bit by bit and clean them all up before being able to tap out through the other side of cailper, can be cleaned and painted but may still not be great, for the cost of £1.77 each may be best to buy some new ones.

You should think about these if you are looking to do the job in one go, indications on the Cupra forum are that some people have wrecked their pins getting them out.

2 sets of 4 x CP6600-109 pad pins are in stock at
