15,000 mile Ph1 for £4,600...
I tried to call them on the supplier number but no answer. So I sent an email (assuming there would be some kind of insurance write off to be this cheap) and received the following reply;

'Hello,
I was away to my mother in law and I just got to a pc and saw your email.
This car has a full service history and all documentation is present and in my name. It has been stored in undercover storage from new so the exterior is perfect very low miles. The final price is not negotiable: £4600. My husband died 2 months ago and I was left with it but I don`t even have a drivers license. I had a buyer just 1 week ago but that person scarred me a lot. He came with 2 friends and wanted to pay me with fake notes. I was lucky that my father in law was close and he noticed that. Since I'm getting a lot of messages regarding the sale and I decided to list it on eBay with a buy it now option and whoever wins it will be the next owner. I assume you already have an account with eBay. If not please register and let me know when you are ready so I can just email you the link.
If you'd like to secure the deal before anybody else does, then please buy it on eBay. Feel free to ask me any questions. I'll check my email regularly. I hope to hear back from you soon. Have a good day.'

I guess the link would be either to a fake ebay listing, or some kind of virus? Is there any use reporting this kind of thing

This is a classic scam..............have seen a similar response before - the story line is all too familiar.

I would report the ad to either the web master or site owner/administrator.

The old saying "If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is" springs to mind. If you search eBay for Clio V6 there isn't one listed remotely close to that price.

This is why I assumed it would be some kind of write-off.
I'll report it to the site admin but I get the feeling it will just appear somewhere else in a week or two. Hopefully it's obvious enough that no-one will fall for it!

‘drivers license’
‘fake notes’
‘Have a good day’

Obviously copied from an American Ad - Words we educated people wouldn’t normally use
