Hello! I'm new to posting on here.
I've been fixing this car up over the past 8 months in preparation for the track. Unfortunately I am now forced to sell it to keep my MR2.
Its a Mk1 J reg Clio, with Williams 3 Engine and 172 Gearbox.
Since owning it, the following work has been done:
Replaced rear calipers, and new pads on rear
New front disks and pads.
Powerflow exhaust with decat.
Replaced both driveshafts.
New hoses.
Both sills welded and undersealed.
Modifications are as follows:
It's a J reg Mk1 Clio with Williams 3 engine conversion. The setup was rolling roaded at 171, 172 and 174 BHP on three different rolling roads. Mileage on the shell is 115k.
HKS induction filter.
Lowered with Leda Shocks and some aftermarket springs (unknown make)
Green Fox Evo 15" Wheels
Powerflow Exhaust with Decat (Passes MOT because its a J Reg - No emmission rules)
Aftermarket wheel
Leather Interior.
Blue Williams Dials.
Aftermarket pedals and shift knob.
The bad bits I can think of are mostly bodywork related. The car could do with a proper respray in places. The rear arches have some surface rust (one has a surface scrape), however it isnt brittle. The badge has been smoothed at the front poorly also.
I'm friendly with a local body shop who can sort these problems if the buyer wishes for closer to 1900 pounds.
The car has always been part of clio16valver, cliosport or williamsclio forums and has been well looked after. This car is ridiculously fast and fun.
I had started stripping it out from the back, but I haven't done anything drastic and still have most of the original interior panels.
The car comes with 6 months tax and a full years MOT. Registered as a 1.8.
For the track this car will be fantastic. You can even drive it there legally!
