No, all Phase 2's are distributor. Phase 3 is defined by the fact it's dizzyless, although the late late phase 3 had more tweaks like an ultrasonic alarm system, and a tilt/slide sunroof (usually K-plate)
A few early phase 2's on a G plate had the bleedable hydraulic system. Not many, but later phase 2 and phase 3 owners like to steal the clutch pedals when converting as the bleedable clutch phase 2 had the pedal with a fitting for the bleedable master, that allowed for the foot rest. A phase 1 pedal when swapped into a non-bleedable ph2 or 3 forces you to remove the footrest or modify the pedal

as phase 1's didnt have the footrest on the left.
So we have:
Phase 1 (Distributor ign, bleedable hydraulics)
Early Phase 2 (Distributor ign, bleedable hydraulics)
Phase 2 (Distributor ign, non-bleedable hydraulics)
Phase 2 Quadra (Distributor ign, non-bleedable hydraulics)
Phase 3 (Distributorless ign, non-bleedable hydraulics)
Phase 3 Quadra (Distributorless ign, non-bleedable hydraulics)
Late Phase 3 (Distributorless ign, non-bleedable hydraulics, tilt & slide sunroof, ultrasonic alarm)
Phase 3 Quadra (Distributorless ign, non-bleedable hydraulics, tilt & slide sunroof, ultrasonic alarm)
