I hear people saying all the time, this is carbon, this is fibre-glass, this is plastin, metal etc etc etc



what body parts are made out of what material??

On a standard car:

Fibre-glass:
Both bumpers
front wings
rear quarters
door skins
sills
air pods

Carbon fibre:
Nothing

Metal:
Cars chassie
bonnet
tailgate
sub frames
suspention, brakes etc

Plastics:
Interior and exterior trims
under car pannels
various engine bits.
