Depends which F7R you are talking about. The williams or the megane. The williams F7R has bigger valves and I believe the inlet and outlet ports are larger in size, the megane on the otherhand, not sure on the valves, but they have smaller ports which make a lot of difference mid range on torque, however its distributless.
f7r williams cams are more aggressive than the f7r megane cams, 1.8 f7p cams are again more aggressive than the meggy cams, so ideally you want the williams head with cams

i wouldnt port it tbh as chris said, the inlet ports are to big anyway, stick a set of cams in the head and do a full rebuild on the head ie stem seals, good clean and cut the valves in again, job done
