These guys are good at gettion the work done but every time i get the car home they have either scratched or punctured in this case the body work......

they try to make up for it by offering free of charge future service, as well as replacing the damage, or repairing, but its so annoying having to take the car back to have an inspection, then back again for the repair..... one trip in, means two or three trips back,,,,

How the hell have they managed to put a hole in the sill???

looks like they either pushed a jack under, or kicked it witha saftey boot.... i think its gotta be the jack .....
