It was viewed back in 2017 by a club member, who noted that there was a lot of corrosion - not the visible bodywork, but everything else. Really your friend wants to get it up on a ramp for a proper inspection.

To be fair, sadly its quite a common sight with phase 1s in the UK.

I've let him know, works in a garage so ramps won't be an issue luckily!
