Ebay - White V6 230

I did a HPI on this car, the owner is either telling porkies, or is unaware of it's history as it's listed as a cat c in 2007 and a cat b in 2011.

I was under the impression cat b's were destined for either the breakers or scrap yard and therefore not allowed back on the road?

As ph1 (and ph2 to a certain extent) get cheaper and cheaper to buy I'm wondering whether a cheeky purchase of a cheap car would be good from the parts perspective? Surely if you completely stripped the car in question the parts alone would be worth far in excess of the outlay. With Renault discontinuing parts I think people are going to see Cat cars as good ways to cheap parts in the future!!
