I was wondering the same thing... and like Mr Mossy, I was hoping it'd be a little tidier than it actually was.

Good luck with the sale though if you, the owner, are reading this.

Out of curiousity I contacted the seller to ask whether was genuine V6 and what the number was . Yold me that it was original and that I could buy a number on eBay...
Put me off a bit

HPI says it's Engine Size (cc) 2946

My guess is a non UK import plaque number.

Roof looks like a kitchen worktop from a Wimpey home.

Anyone see the gear gater on it at fcs??? I'm sorry but it was piss funny. BluePeter could have prepared something better beforehand from sticky back plastic and a Smarty tube.

Horrible! In everyway, body colour, wheel colour, roof, pictures.

When will people realise white and black look naff together!

Amen!!!

Motion carried...

White with black look naff together.. :)

This particular car did look rather 'tired' when we saw it at FCS earlier in the year. Restoaration project anyone.?

If it had some provenance reckon would make a great project. Not without knowing a number though....

and certainly not for £5k which is what the top bid in the relisted auction is !!

THE CAR STARTED LIFE SILVER BUT I BOUGHT THE CAR WITH LIGHT FRONT END DAMAGE AND SADLY RECORDED AS A CAT C. BUT REPAIRED TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD WITH ALL GENUINE PARTS NO COPY OR CHEAP PARTS.

Have updated our register with what I know on this one.

So as a CAT C its maximum value is , what ...£4K to £4.5K ? And thats a standard unmolested car. Cant understand how someone prepared to pay £5k as it is ...

End of the day, its no different to any of our cars. Its worth what ever someone is prepared to pay for it. In this case £5,000. I'd never turn my nose up to a cat D but cat C sends alarm bells ringing.
