Double-check on wheel spacers and bolts

In light of the current low UK pounds to HKD, I think I should capitalise on it by getting some wheel spacers and bolts for the Cromodora Trophy wheels that I got quite some time ago.

So I would be grateful if fellow owners with past experience on mounting the trophy wheels to a Phase 1 can kindly check/answer the following queries before I press the BUY button heheheh

Front Wheels
From what I researched, I would only need 15mm spacers for the front wheels and would need some longer wheel bolts to go with it.
I am looking at H&R hub centric spacers. Are these any good?

Rear Wheels
No need for spacers at the rear but do I need longer bolts?

The standard bolts are:
M12x1.5
60 deg tapered seat
hex size = 19mm
thread length = 25mm

How do I determine the length of the new bolts require for the fronts? Do I just add the thickness of the spacers to std thread length?

Seems like it is really hard to find 19mm hex sized bolts in M12x1.5, most are 17mm hex size. :s

TIA

Why do you need spacers for the front if it's a phase 1?

No need for longers bolts on the rears if your not running spacers.

17mm head bolts are my preferred option on my clios as the 19mm fitment means the socket is very tight and scratches the paint in the wheel bolt holes.

And yes if you decide to run spacers simply add the width to the original size to get the bolt size required.

mossyv6 Thanks mate! for the info and tip on using 17mm hex instead of 19mm hex for better clearance.

I found the following pages online albeit in French ((Google Translate is a god-send!)), recommending that using spacers for the fronts on a Phase 1:

But they seem to have different info on the length of the standard wheel bolts...

So which length is correct? 25mm or 38mm for standard wheel bolts?

Many thanks :) :salut:

You do need spacers and longer bolts for the Crom's on a Phase 1, and yes increase the bolt length by the spacer width.

thanks DaveL485 !

Just want to make sure: So I don't need longer bolts at the rear despite no need for spacers?

The reason I am asking is because the info I got indicates that the standard Trophy bolts are 42mm whilst the standard Phase 1s are 38mm

I dont recall the bolts on mine being noticeably longer, but I cant check as the car is away at the minute. I'll make a call later and see if I can find out.
