Disney Style CARS Clio V6 mk1 Help

I am after a little help here....It's my sons 3rd Birthday at the end of January and at present the two loves of his life (other than his family ) are the Disney film Cars and the Clio V6 which he has self titled "the Special Car".
I have seen a picture somewhere of a MK2 in blue but would love a MK1 or even a MK2 in Silver of the same stlye - Big cartoon eyes and a mouth :bow:

I am cr*p at all photoshop and even Paint :ihatepcs:

Any assistance would be very much appreciated and would make my and Charlies day!! :race:
