Deep Bronze for sale?!?

At the time Bronze and a few others were optional for a few quid more, I just picked Bronze as it seemed right for me at the time. If I was choosing a new Vee right now, it would probably be Titanium.

Come on then where do we get these camshafts and what's the difference!!!!

http://www.schrick.com/files/schrick_katalog.pdf

I recall way back in 2006...... GDi (very special performance specialists nolongerinbuisnessthankgod.com) gave Schrick a cam profile they made them to order.

Mulgari (a really good specialist) said the cams were awesome and made the Vee sound great!
Scott SGM said the cams were the only good thing GDi ever did for my car.

Luckily GDi only ordered the cams, a Mitsubishi racing place nextdoor actually fitted them. If GDi had fitted them it would have been a waste of money along with many other things they F**ked up. ;)

Figures indeed.

I had a decatted exhaust and some different cams, think they called them Schrick. The gains I was given on an Excel* document said 297bhp. After a few trips to various rollers, I was getting between 280 and as much as 322 from one place. Taking notice of some of the more technically minded on the forum, I plumped for a fiqure called "It's faster" :-)

[post]220017[/post] They want 45k for the car.

Good lord! Thats handsome.

For cams, I use CATCAMS billet items wherever I can. I commissioned a bespoke 12-lobe custom profile for my 21 Turbo, that was £749 inc a 5-bolt vernier & VAT. They do list for the V6 lump. If I decide to tune the Vee i'd certainly go for one of these.

You'll need it mapping to suit though, obviously. My car is about to go to EFI Parts (well respected tuner in Runcorn, some of you may be familiar) for some ECU dev work. Once thats done he should be able to remap these heaps fairly easily. Will update with any information as and when.
