I had an issue when I hired my DALEK out last year, the B.B.C. found out and wrote me a nice little letter saying they were suing me !!!!! as they held all the copyrights for all daleks,
It turns out that I should not really own it as it's a screen dalek that were not for re-sale,
So now I hire it out for free !!! but charge £20 petrol money, (B.B.C. can't touch me for that)
not really any help about shauns logo , but I get chance to whinge about the greedy B.B.C,

Hahaha... Thanks Mick, all seems to be in hand now. Had some good advice from fellow members that I'm now acting on. Hopefully all will be ok!
