Cooling fans question

Hi Guys

I brought home my ”new” ph 1 Vee yesterday. WOW what are car, can’t help smiling every time I look at it. However I do have a question. When the car is running, then after a while the engine cooling fans kick in, totally normal as they would do. However I guess they are just a “bit” louder on the Vee than on a normal car. LOL
However what I am wondering is. If I cut the ignition with the fans running, then they stop immediately as the ignition is cut. It is not as on a normal car, where they normally keep running for a period.
I experienced once on the Vee where they kept running a short while after the ignition was cut approx 30 sec to 1 minute (At least I think they did, I am not 100% sure, as I didn’t notice this right away).

But if I stop the car, and the fans are stopped. If I then start it again shortly after, the fans also start again. To me that seems like it will just be left standing with an really hot cooling system/engine. But of course the water pump isn’t running anyways.
So my question is this normal?

I am thinking, is there any sequence for this? Above a certain temperature, are the fans left running after the ignition are cut, and below a temperature the fans are shut off with the engine?

One more thing, my owner’s manual is in Japanese, any idea where I can get an English one?
I wanted to check tire pressures, but gave up trying to make sense of the Japanese. Can you tell me what is recommended for the Vee?

Hope you can help.

Some more pictures of my acquisition.

It will all depend on the wiring feed, i'm well versed on the Vee (yet) but most cars now are ignition driven so this would be normal.

I remember on the 21 Turbo Phase 2 they used a permanent live for the fans so they ran after engine off and they were well known for catching fire when the fans seized and overheated the wiring, so i'd leave it on ignition live :)
