Cobra subframes

Thinking about purchasing a set of Cobra Misano seats.

Just wondering about the subframes, you can buy purpose built cobra frames for the clio172/182 sport.

Are the seats and frames the same as on the v6?

Have spoke to Demon Tweeks but the v6 aint listed but the clio 172/
182 are. Are they the same, will they fit?

I have ordered the Cobra subframes for a Clio 2005. My understanding is that they will fit the V6, as the floor pan is the same. They also include the seat belt pre-tensioner mounting points which I wanted ...

They worked out at about £52 a side plus VAT - so not bad value for money. I couldn't get a discount cause of the margin on subframes.

I will let you know when they arrive - unfortunately delivery was quoted at 2-3 weeks

Yozza will be using these as a base for my recaro's

I will be starting with the extra low ones though, and the misano's will not work with those..doe to the recliner mechanism

I have heard the quality is nowhere near as good in terms of neatness..but im sure yozza are re-designing them to be neater..

will update in the near future..when I go to get my seats in...(if they ever arrive)

The Cobra subframe pictures I saw looked OK and the fixed Sparco ones I also considered (with no sliders) also look pretty good, but I think a fixed seat position would not be good.

When you say the misano wont work with these, is that the original
subframes or the modified low ones yozzas doing for you?

misano will work with standard cobra frames, this is the set-up fred from yozzasport has in his v6..

i am having the extra low ones...and sliders...to which the sidemounts will go onto
