Clutch!!!

I have a funny feeling my clutch is about to go as the biting point is just as my foot leaves the pedal! Its a MK1 and only covered 19K. Does anyone have any ideas? If it does need a clutch what sort of cost am i looking at?
 
Get it done, or at least looked at, when you get the cambelt done(every 5 years). Clutch should be fine after 19k unless it's been abused [smilie=evil.gif]
